Comparison between 3-Phase Brushless DC design & 2-Phase

2-Phase (T sub-series): Hall sensor driving, circuit board designed inside pump body, cannot stand higher temperature especially at relatively long time work.​

3-Phase (S/A sub-series): 1) NOTE that 3phase DC is completely different with 3-Phase AC power, please do not be confused; 2) 3-Phase DC means 3 pairs of magnetic polarity & sensor-less, power supply the same with common DC pump; 3) Intelligent program-driving, sensor-less, circuit outside of pump body (main factor that pump can be high-temperature resistant); 4) Speed adjustable by PWM, 0~5V signal or potentiometer(optional) ; 5) Lock protection,reverse-connected protection, over-vol.&over-current protection; 6) Soft start, no current impact, can be contact directly.

We recommend that our users contact us on info incl. working temperature, matching medium, installation environment before possible order. If you're new customer, sample test will be necessary before possible applications in bulk.

Pump cannot work under corrosive fluids, or higher temperature than declared. Special fluids must be pre-checked or pre-tested.

When pump is installed into circulation system, corresponding load current will be decreased to 70~85% of Max Working Current (namely, Opening Outlet Current).

Max Static Lift value means the Max vertical lifting height of water when pump is connected with matching pipe. Flow rate at height of Max Static Lift value is zero.

Max Horizontal Flow Rate value is the flow rate value of pump at horizontal level. (Some users may flowmeter placed at certain location to obtain flow rate value, which is sometimes with rather significant errors. We recommend that our users to directly measure involved parameters through getting water-volume at horizontal location in time frame of 10 minutes, for example.)
